Shipping Policy

Due to the current Pandemic, your local courier might be experiencing additional delays. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.

-How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

Our goal is to deliver to thousands of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you all the time.

Due to the recent wave of social media attention, please allow 7 to 14 days for Standard shipping. You can also choose Fast and VIP shipping in the checkout page. 

After your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking code to track your order.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 4 business days for dispatch.

Orders done in US/Australia/Asia are generally fast, whereas orders done in Mexico/Canada take a little bit more time. Courier services used, vary with the shipping address entered. Nevertheless, please do understand that there are sometimes certain issues that may occur which are not in our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather etc), this could result in a delay in the shipping of your order. 

**The Item Guarantee Period lasts 30 business days and the buyer is eligible for a reshipment of order made should they have yet to receive anything by then.
